Designate your DIAMONDS!

Here’s how it works:

Click the Other tab on your Genealogy Report. There, you'll see a DD column with “Send Invite” links for eligible affiliates.

The number of invites you can issue depends on your SFI rank, as follows:

* Up to 10 invitations may be issued if you are an EA2
* Up to 12 invitations may be issued if you are a BTL
* Up to 14 invitations may be issued if you are a STL
* Up to 16 invitations may be issued if you are a GTL
* Up to 20 invitations may be issued if you are a PTL

Your chosen recipients will receive your invites as a special e-mail from SFI Corporate and will direct the recipient to a special new DD Invitation page. This page includes your photo and full information on what the requirements and commitments are for agreeing to be one of your Designated Diamonds. To accept the invitation, the recipient need only agree to the terms of the program and click the “I ACCEPT” button.

PLUS...as a special bonus for agreeing to be one of your DDs, an additional $200 will be added to their Signing Bonus account!

HOW E-CARDS WORK

Basically, E-cards are full-color digital postcards you can e-mail directly to friends and family. There are more than a dozen designs to choose from, and we're adding new designs regularly. (NOTE: Your suggestions for additional designs are welcome!) You can choose cards promoting the SFI opportunity or TripleClicks.

After choosing a design, click Preview, then the "Send this E-card" link. Choose the Gateway you want to use, your recipient, and the design template of your choice. Then, just click the Preview my e-card button, enter a message to accompany your digital postcard, and send the card when you're ready. Be sure you ONLY send E-cards to your warm market, that is, your friends, family members, co-workers--people you know and who know you.

Increase your CSA(Downline) activity

It's true! And with the CSA Exchange feature, you can actively harness the power of this in your team by exchanging all your CSAs from other countries...for CSAs from your own country!

Using the CSA Exchange is simple. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Go to http://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/CSAExchange

Step 2: Choose the ELIGIBLE CSAs view.

Step 3: Select all the CSAs you wish to exchange. You'll, of course, want to keep your active CSAs. So only select the CSAs that you’re okay with exchanging for different CSAs.

Step 4: Save your selections by clicking the "Add selected CSAs to Exchange pool" button.

That's it! Exchanges will begin automatically--usually within 24 hours, depending on what CSAs are available currently.

Special Note: As you acquire additional CSAs, be sure to visit the CSA Exchange every so often to add them to the CSAs you want to exchange.

Easy E-Cards direct to your affiliates

Send E-Cards directly from your Genealogy quickly and simply. Just click the Communications tab from your Genealogy report. Click the little black paper airplane icon to the far right of the report, select the category of E-Card you want to send from the dropdown menu for the affiliate of your choice, and click GO.

Next, click your chosen your E-Card design to then be directed to the E-Card preview screen. Here, you can enter your greeting and personal message. Just select Send Message button when you’re ready to send your E-Card!

How can Team Leaders train their team to convert set goals into meaningful daily actions?

To build this business big is very possible--but--it demands team work--team participation!

While many people release the cliche, "Lead by example," I realize there is often an ever present vacuum:
1. Lead whom (if we have yet to develop some "movers.")?
2. And, how will someone "see" what we do?

That statement is a little difficult to apply in this virtual business...but NOT impossible.

So here's what to do:
1. A leader is first and foremost an achiever.
We must walk the walk before we talk the talk. We must remember that what we do (or DON'T DO) speaks so loudly that what we say can't be heard. So we ourselves must set and obtain our activity goals (beyond clicking inside the SFI site) and move toward our achievement goals. We then can coach from the best vantage point--our own exerience--as we seek to duplicate what we do (that we've discoverd works!).

2. We ALL MUST be engaged in participating in the team setting if we want a big income!
If you're new and reading this "listen" carefully. If you have a sponsor and/or upline leader(s) who are reaching out to you reply to them. Let them work with you. And apply what you're being taught!
OR
If you DON'T have a commuicative sponsor seek someone upline...If no luck (shame on them!)...plug into the SFI Forum and be sure that you don't duplicate silence to your team.... Right?

I work hard at developing relationships with my PSAs and downline team members. Unless you bring people in through some sort of person to person contact (chat/phone/or live in person), this is difficult and does require persistence and consistency! :) Eventually people will respond. Just remember, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care" (Cavett Roberts).

Simply don't give up reaching out in order to establish communication. I even offer TC Gift Certificates as incentives for certain activites that also includes interacting with me multiple times. Once you open up 2-way communication, you can build a relationship. It is then that you can coach your team members and they're more likely to "listen."

Identify potential future stars in your affiliate team with Profile Scores! These Profile Scores allow you to quickly get an idea of your affiliate's level of motivation and commitment, and maybe even an insight into the kind of affiliate this person is going to be. 
You can find Profile Scores in the e-mail notifications you receive whenever one of your PSAs completes their Affiliate Profile. You can also find Profile Scores in the PS column under the "Aff Mgr" tab in your Genealogy report.

Getting your affiliates to your leadership page

Your SFI Leadership Page (LP) is designed as a central page for you to support your downline members. But how do you get your affiliates to your LP?

Your affiliates will find a link to your LP on their "Upline Team" pages at the Affiliate Center. They'll also see your LP link on the "Contact your Sponsor/Team Leaders" line in the header of the Affiliate Center. 


In addition to calling your affiliates' attention to these pages, you can also include a direct link--www.sfimg.com/leadership/YOURSFIID--in your e-mails to your team.

Treat your business...like a business! - BY SFI President Gery Carson

If you purchased a franchise, would you expect it to make money for you if you only worked it a few hours a week? Or if you didn't get trained? Or if you only tried for a few months? Or if you didn't follow the proven guidelines of the creators of the franchise?

Of course not! That's ridiculous. SFI is no different. Success requires commitment.
I am continually amazed at how many people think that money will somehow magically fall from the sky without work, without plans, or without an earnest commitment. All these elements (and others you'll read about in the following rules) MUST be present.

The fact is, anything worthwhile in life requires effort and commitment. If that were not true, we'd all be the perfect weight, we'd all have perfect relationships, and we'd all be highly educated. It's the same thing with having your own business.


In short, if you treat your SFI business as a serious, full-time business, put in the effort and commit to its success, it will become a serious, full-time business.

Setting up a local "SFI Club" can be an effective and fun way to brainstorm and share ideas on building a profitable SFI business with REAL, live affiliates in your area. One easy way to connect with local SFI business owners is via a2a, SFI's affiliate-to-affiliate communication program.

Using a2a, you can search, browse, and exchange messages with other affiliates in your area and easily and quickly set up informal meetings, strategy sessions, or other offline get-togethers. NOTE: Remember, cross-solicitation is forbidden in SFI.

One quick, time-saving method for finding content for these messages is to simply frame SFI news and tips--as well as ideas, book reviews, blog posts, and other content from the Web--within your own comments. In this way, you have a ready supply of fresh information to include in your newsletters and e-mails to your team each week.

Focus on your affiliates' concerns

How much information do you send your CSA's, or do you let their sponsor take care of them so they are not overwhelmed?



In my introductory welcome letter to my CSAs, I define what a co-sponsor is, why they have one, and explain what the duties of the co-sponsor are. I tell them to first go to their sponsor and then their upline when they are having problems or questions, but to come to me if they get no response or they are still having questions on the subject. Then a few days later, after giving the CSA time to respond to my welcome, I will look to see if he is progressing with his To-Do List and to see who his sponsor is. A sponsor who is too new may not be very knowledgeable. One who has been in for a long time and has a high status may not have time to carefully watch his team. One who has been in a long time and has a low status may not be interested in helping new PSAs. If the CSA is not progressing past where he was when he was given to me, I will give him instructions on how to begin and answer some unasked questions. I do this in a group mail. And then I answer individually if they write back to me. My weekly and monthly mailers to my CSAs usually are modified from my mailers to my PSAs. Some of my best workers are my CSAs.
