Professionalism Matters

An image of professionalism is vital no matter what type of business you own. By posting your photo at the SFI Affiliate Center, that professionalism is on display for your sponsored affiliates logging into the Affiliate Center. Consequently, using icons or pictures of pets, children, and others may only serve to distract from your business image.

Connecting the dots in your area...

Setting up a local "SFI Club" can be an effective and fun way to brainstorm and share ideas on building a profitable SFI business with REAL, live affiliates in your area. One easy way to connect with local SFI business owners is via a2a, SFI's affiliate-to-affiliate communication program.

Using a2a, you can search, browse, and exchange messages with other affiliates in your area and easily and quickly set up informal meetings, strategy sessions, or other offline get-togethers. NOTE: Remember, cross-solicitation is forbidden in SFI.

Do you have group members with bad e-mail addresses?

Here's a tip: try reaching these affiliates via SFI's TeamMail or the Stream tab on your Affiliate Center homepage and asking them for a working e-mail address you can use to send them answers to their questions, important support information, tips, newsletters, etc.

The best ways to earn VersaPoints?

That's easy--the ways that create income for you, of course! Simply complete all the actions on your To-Do List.

"A leader is someone who is ahead of the pack. Even if it is only by one inch. They are doing, or have done, what they want or expect others to do. They are not watchers nor do they wait around. They take action...proper action....a lot of proper action! And they never give up!"

THE 1-A-DAY PLAN

Looking for an inexpensive, ULTRA SIMPLE plan for gaining new Personally Referred Members (PRMs) that anyone can do for less than a dollar a day?

Then check out the "1-A-Day" plan: Simply distribute ONE TCard a day to a good prospect. That's it!

If you'll do this, you'll soon be generating new PRMs on a regular basis--quite possibly several a week. Now, how many of your new PRMs--once they've experienced TripleClicks for FREE--might like to explore it even further by buying more TCredits or buying products or becoming an ECA of yours? At this juncture, we of course cannot predict this, but we think the number (and the commissions you can earn) will be quite good.

Earn easy daily VersaPoints!

You and your team members can earn one point per day for checking out the latest additions at TripleClicks. Here's how:

Just go to your SFI Affiliate Center (www.sfimg.com) homepage. Click the TC tab and pick up 1 VersaPoint by reviewing all sections of that page AND reviewing the latest products at TripleClicks by clicking on one of the links in the “New at TripleClicks” section.

IMPORTANT: Don't just click the link! When you arrive at TC, take the time to actually peruse through the latest listings. We have great new products coming in daily; you're sure to find products that you want and/or that are perfect for gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc. And you'll of course earn VersaPoints (VP) on every purchase!

For more daily VP-earning actions to take, see your To-Do List.

Sponsoring Tip: Framing your communications

Sending out consistent, weekly messages to your PSAs and those you co-sponsor is a great way to keep the lines of communication open and encourage your team to take action.

One quick, time-saving method for finding content for these messages is to simply frame SFI news and tips--as well as ideas, book reviews, blog posts, and other content from the Web--within your own comments. In this way, you have a ready supply of fresh information to include in your newsletters and e-mails to your team each week.

Here's an example e-mail:

As your sponsor in SFI, I wanted to make sure you heard about this new feature SFI just announced:

[insert news, tips, or idea blurb here]

I'm really excited about this because [Insert your explanation here].

As always, if I can assist you with anything, don't hesitate to contact me.

Focus on your affiliates' concerns

Did you know recent surveys of workers and retirees show more than 25% of workers and retirees say they have less than $1,000 saved for their "golden years"?

What does this mean to you as a business leader and SFI Affiliate Sponsor? Discussing the disparity of your affiliates' retirement dreams with their possibly low current retirement savings can motivate them to take action NOW with an SFI business of their own.

You can focus on the contrast of today's retirement savings and lifelong dreams in your ads for prospective affiliates. SFI has made this easy with these handsome financial- and retirement-focused banners you can start to use immediately.

Additionally, consider broaching the topic in a segment in your next communication or newsletter with your team. Point out the extra-income benefits of an SFI business of their own and refer them to the SFI Affiliate Center for assistance and resources. You can send group messages via the PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, or Genealogy Group Mailer and pick up 20 VP each week that you use one of these resources!

Have you signed up for your TripleClicks MasterCard yet?

Are you planning on earning a significant, ongoing income with SFI? Then you'll want to get your own TripleClicks MasterCard from Payoneer as soon as you can.

Simply choose "TripleClicks MasterCard" as your Commission Payment Option HERE. SFI will accumulate your commissions until they reach $20 USD. You will then be notified via an alert in the SFI Affiliate Center that you are eligible and can order your card. Follow the directions in that alert to order your TripleClicks MasterCard directly through Payoneer. SFI will automatically deposit your commissions on your activated card with the next month's commission run, minus a one-time processing fee of $9.95 for U.S. affiliates and $19.95 for those outside the U.S.

In addition to picking up 500 VP for the month, you'll also then be able to receive your commissions every month quickly and securely on your card in your own currency. You'll also be able to use your card when making any purchase at TripleClicks.com (including products, services, marketing aids, S-Builder co-op units, TCredits, etc.). You can even use it as a payment option for your Standing Orders!

Your TripleClicks MasterCard from Payoneer also makes a great recruiting tool; pull it out of your wallet and show people just how you get paid every month on this card for your SFI Internet business. They'll be able to see that this is a real business with real profits...and who wouldn't want to be part of that?

The power of LaunchPad

Don't let yourself or your new affiliates get lost or become overwhelmed by information outlined on the SFI To-Do List. Just check out "SFI LaunchPad Lessons" for simple, brief explanations of most aspects of the SFI program.

Refer your new affiliates to "LaunchPad" as well, be ready to answer their questions, and help them get a good start building their SFI businesses.

How much information do you send your CSA's, or do you let their sponsor take care of them so they are not overwhelmed?

In my introductory welcome letter to my CSAs, I define what a co-sponsor is, why they have one, and explain what the duties of the co-sponsor are. I tell them to first go to their sponsor and then their upline when they are having problems or questions, but to come to me if they get no response or they are still having questions on the subject. Then a few days later, after giving the CSA time to respond to my welcome, I will look to see if he is progressing with his To-Do List and to see who his sponsor is. A sponsor who is too new may not be very knowledgeable. One who has been in for a long time and has a high status may not have time to carefully watch his team. One who has been in a long time and has a low status may not be interested in helping new PSAs. If the CSA is not progressing past where he was when he was given to me, I will give him instructions on how to begin and answer some unasked questions. I do this in a group mail. And then I answer individually if they write back to me. My weekly and monthly mailers to my CSAs usually are modified from my mailers to my PSAs. Some of my best workers are my CSAs.
